Lucia

This is an oil painting with an acrylic base. My intention with this piece was to mix abstraction with classical realism. I am fascinated by the geometric qualities that the horse creates and I played with this through the representation of light in the qualities of the horse (hence the name "Lucia"). 24x36" oil on stretched canvas
